"Šaltasis" in Lithuanian language means "Cold". And Vievis is the small town in the middle of the road between the two largest Lithuanian cities. There's a gas station, a few shops and a pair of churches, where funerals are held much more often than weddings.

The album is a tribute for cold wave music genre, and for simple minded people of Eastern European province, who look so old school in the context of the modern civilization.
